This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the technical discovery process for enterprise prospects, identifying operational challenges, data environments, and planning maturity to create a customized solution narrative.
β’ Create and present tailored demonstrations of the GAINS Decision Engineering & Orchestration (DEO) platform, aligning product features with each prospect's unique supply chain issues.
β’ Develop and sustain demo environments, data sets, and scenario libraries that illustrate real-world applications across GAINS's primary verticals (distribution, manufacturing, aftermarket).
β’ Address RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with precise, distinct, and well-positioned responses in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Direct proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, encompassing scoping, setup, execution, and presentation of results, ensuring alignment between POC outcomes and prospect success criteria.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy, account planning, and competitive positioning to enhance GAINS's reputation during the evaluation process.
β’ Relay prospect feedback, identify feature gaps, and gather competitive intelligence to inform Product Management and Engineering, influencing roadmap prioritization.
β’ Assist in the creation of solution playbooks, demo scripts, and technical sales materials for team-wide use.
β’ Engage in field events, webinars, and prospect workshops as a subject matter expert on GAINS's planning methodology and platform functionalities.
β’ A minimum of 5 years in a presales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role within a B2B enterprise software organization.
β’ Proven capability to lead intricate technical evaluations and POCs with enterprise clients across various stakeholders.
β’ Familiarity with supply chain planning principles, including demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, and replenishment.
β’ Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adjust technical details for audiences ranging from planners to C-suite executives.
β’ Experience in configuring and delivering SaaS platform demonstrations customized to specific prospect use cases and datasets.
β’ Comfort in navigating uncertainties in enterprise sales cycles and collaborating with Account Executives on deal strategies.
β’ Capability to convert functional requirements into clear, credible solution narratives without overstating product capabilities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
