This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Deliver strategic, operational, and in-depth technical expertise to fulfill Moneythor's Customer Success vision.
• Assist our digital banking clients by addressing their ongoing technical and functional inquiries.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for our customer success team.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, web development, SQL, and Java to tailor our clients' implementations.
• Act as an advocate for our clients regarding both existing and new solution features.
• Enhance platform adoption and engagement while driving business growth through increased advocacy and reference-ability.
• Comprehend and analyze client business requirements, aiding in implementation, testing, packaging, and ensuring timely and accurate solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business development, product, and engineering teams during pre-sales, onboarding, and client retention efforts.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our platform and provide valuable, vetted customer feedback to the product team.
• Utilize a case tracking system to manage information, questions, and responses for every client-driven request.
• Recognize potential opportunities to strengthen our client relationships and ensure they are communicated to the appropriate team members.
• Stay informed about the market and advancements in the digital banking sector.
• Respond to service disruptions and incidents as part of our internal incident management procedures.
• Guarantee the accurate and timely completion of all projects and requests.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager/Solution Engineer role or as a client-facing technical and business analyst involved in project implementation, pre-sales, and support activities.
• Practical technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, as well as web and database technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple client accounts independently with minimal management oversight.
• Option for remote work.
