📋 Description

• Take ownership of the technical assessment by managing comprehensive product evaluations, crafting proofs of concept, and executing pilots within customer environments.

• Propel revenue and growth by converting successful pilots into widespread adoption and uncovering new use cases, teams, workflows, and workloads.

• Design and architect rollouts by assisting customers in integrating Factory into CI/CD processes, code review, testing, and deployment workflows.

• Create solutions for air-gapped and private deployments within regulated industries.

• Act as the customer's technical representative by identifying pain points, documenting product requirements, and relaying feedback to product teams.

• Convert patterns observed across customers into actionable product insights.

• Support enterprise engineering teams in utilizing Factory to deploy code, review pull requests, execute tests, and ensure continuous deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing position such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, platform engineering, SRE, or a similar role.

• Proven experience collaborating with an AE to facilitate the customer lifecycle.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, technical enterprise deal cycles.

• Proficient in building champions, engaging with technical stakeholders across multiple threads, and navigating the organizational hierarchy to influence purchasing decisions.

• Capability to read code, write scripts, debug integrations, and present information to engineering staff.

• A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background is anticipated.

• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
