Solutions Engineer – Electrical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete onboarding process: setting up the environment, configuring systems, managing data ingestion, establishing permissions, integrating systems, and designing workflows.

• Execute implementation project plans that encompass discovery, milestone tracking, customer training sessions, and ensuring go-live readiness.

• Conduct engaging onboarding sessions customized for stakeholders in the electrical contracting field, including field teams, prefab shops, VDC teams, project managers, and estimators.

• Address configuration challenges, collaborate with engineering as necessary, and simplify technical concepts for end users.

• Ensure that delivered workflows are in line with the pre-sales plan.

• Utilize firsthand experience of electrical contracting workflows to configure Stratus in a manner that aligns with the actual practices of electrical teams.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for a smooth post-go-live transition and help customers achieve a quick ramp-up.

• Provide product insights based on issues encountered during customer onboarding, identifying gaps and trends, particularly in the electrical sector.

• Work together with Success Strategists to enhance handoff documentation and create repeatable implementation playbooks for electrical clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of the electrical trade is essential, encompassing electrical design, prefab, and shop operations.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in MEP subcontracting or VDC/BIM coordination within an electrical or MEP contracting environment.

• Excellent project management and customer-facing communication abilities, with confidence in presenting to both field personnel and leadership.

• Capability to resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.

• Experience with Revit, BIM/VDC, or comparable modeling tools is highly advantageous.
