This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to gain insights into customer business goals and technical requirements.
• Present F5 solutions by effectively communicating their technical features and business advantages.
• Create and showcase solution architectures customized to meet customer specifications.
• Conduct engaging technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and proof of concepts (POCs).
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Assist in strategic sales opportunities from technical qualification to successful closure.
• Offer consultative support that aids customers in overcoming business and technology obstacles.
• Maintain a deep understanding of F5 technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Design intricate technical solutions and system configurations.
• Work in conjunction with Product Management and Engineering to facilitate customer feature requests and product improvements.
• Develop technical documentation to support customer interactions and proof of concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Support to ensure positive customer outcomes.
• Tackle complex technical issues creatively and independently.
• Assist F5 channel partners throughout the sales process.
• Provide technical enablement, product demonstrations, and solution training.
• Aid partners in enhancing their technical skills and effectively positioning F5 solutions.
• Partner with Channel and Sales leadership to strengthen partner relationships and foster mutual success.
• Maintain accurate records of customer account information, technical opportunities, and account strategies using Salesforce and internal sales tools.
• Contribute to the development of technical best practices, customer success stories, white papers, and knowledge sharing within the Solutions Engineering community.
• Adhere to F5's Business Code of Ethics and company policies consistently.
• Several years of experience in a pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or Systems Engineering position within the enterprise technology sector.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies: cloud platforms, cybersecurity, application delivery, networking, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
• Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills in customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience in designing technical solutions that meet customer business needs.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with F5 technologies or similar application delivery and security platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• French language skills are a plus.
