Senior Solutions Architect, EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement sophisticated Conversational AI solutions for clients and partners.

• Oversee high-impact initiatives and deliver in-depth technical expertise.

• Ensure clients derive the utmost value from our platform.

• Lead complex projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) to complete deployment.

• Offer state-of-the-art technical solutions and influence architectural best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business development efforts.

• Provide technical training, workshops, and best practices to empower clients and partners.

• Create detailed technical documentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based technologies.

• Proven expertise with Cognigy or comparable Conversational AI platforms.

• Established ability to tackle complex technical issues with scalable and innovative solutions.

• Strong aptitude for aligning technical solutions with business goals and delivering measurable results.

• Exceptional talent in conveying technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Must possess fluency in German (minimum C1 level) and English.
