This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Conduct scoping and discovery discussions with clients to capture design specifications.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and deliver them to clients in accordance with SLA guidelines.
• Oversee all projects from the initial kickoff call to user acceptance testing (UAT) and final signoff.
• Spearhead the implementation processes for various projects at different stages of execution.
• Engage directly with the client’s business users to explain software functionalities and guide them through the integration with their systems.
• Collaborate with the client’s technical team to facilitate integration, clarify technical goals, and offer tailored solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients on configuration and implementation alternatives based on industry best practices.
• Ensure the timely completion of all implementation methodology deliverables.
• Produce prompt project status updates, along with time and expense reports as needed by management.
• Offer customer support during local business hours and contribute to the development of self-service tools for customers.
• Hold a BA/BS in an Engineering/IT-related field and/or have 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing position.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing efficiently under pressure.
• Open to taking on custom projects outside of usual expertise while working independently.
• Proven experience in reading, writing, troubleshooting, and debugging code effectively.
• Familiarity with software development principles and data structures.
• Hands-on technical experience with API interactions (REST and/or SOAP).
• Knowledgeable about cloud platforms such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud.
