Northeast Area Manager – Customer Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Mentor, guide, and lead a field team of Customer Solutions Specialists (CSS).

• Oversee the successful implementation of the CSS team while ensuring compliance in operations.

• Provide strategic direction to the team to effectively assist patients throughout their Rx journey.

• Analyze available metrics and formulate hypotheses regarding specific drivers and obstacles to utilizing AbbVie resources.

• Employ analytical tools to track call activity and assess capacity.

• Collaborate with the platform team to develop future iterations of technology solutions.

• Create, implement, and execute impactful skill development plans for direct reports.

• Offer consistent coaching through field travel and meeting interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a role requiring an understanding of the prescription landscape for specialty medications, preferably in Immunology.

• At least 2 years of experience in Immunology and Patient Services is preferred.

• Prior field management and/or home office experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel extensively (75%+).

• Proficient in data analysis with the ability to make informed recommendations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to influence others without formal authority.

• Proven track record of effective leadership abilities.

• Capacity to drive results, inspire others, and maintain focus on key projects and deadlines.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
