Solutions Engineer – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients to provide high-quality, production-ready AI and software solutions.

• Foster outstanding customer success, as demonstrated by effective implementations and elevated POC conversion rates, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.

• Utilize extensive technical knowledge to assist customers and resolve intricate issues.

• Collaborate with the product team to prioritize the development roadmap, guided by authentic customer feedback.

• Clearly and concisely communicate insights to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and/or software engineering.

• More than 2 years of experience in developing AI solutions, including contemporary Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, Vector DBs, Agent frameworks, tools, and MCP.

• Comprehensive understanding of the entire MLOps lifecycle, encompassing data engineering, training/evaluation, serving, and monitoring.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and preferably Kubernetes.

• Proficient programming skills in Python.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts concurrently.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and customer relationship management abilities.
