This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to pinpoint, qualify, and secure new opportunities with Commercial customers.
• Spearhead technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Navigate intricate multi-stakeholder agreements by harmonizing technical and business goals.
• Offer structured insights to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop scalable enablement resources, demonstration environments, and solution blueprints for the Solutions Engineering team.
• Share responsibility for a portfolio of clients alongside Account Executives while serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
• 4 to 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer/Solutions Architect position within networking or security software.
• Demonstrated experience in co-managing pipeline and impacting quota results alongside Sales.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, and firewalls.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of zero-trust networking, secure connectivity, and IAM integrations such as SSO, SAML, and OIDC.
• Familiarity with AI gateway and governance platforms for centralized LLM access, usage monitoring, and auditing.
• Knowledge of privileged access management, including session recording, just-in-time access, and protocol-aware controls.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Practical architectural experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Outstanding communication skills with the capability to convey technical features into business value.
