This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to discover, assess, and secure new opportunities with Commercial customers.
• Conduct technical evaluations, develop solution architectures, deliver demos, and oversee proofs of concept to facilitate quicker decision-making.
• Navigate intricate multi-stakeholder negotiations, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals.
• Offer systematic feedback to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Create scalable enablement resources, demo setups, and solution blueprints for the Sales Engineering team.
• 4 to 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect role in networking or security software.
• Demonstrated track record of co-managing a sales pipeline and impacting quota results in collaboration with Sales.
• Strong foundational knowledge in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls) along with excellent troubleshooting abilities.
• In-depth understanding of zero-trust networking concepts, secure connectivity solutions, and Identity and Access Management integrations (SSO, SAML, OIDC).
• Familiarity with AI gateway and governance platforms for centralized access to large language models, usage monitoring, and auditing.
• Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) technologies, including session recording, just-in-time access, and protocol-aware controls (e.g., Border0, CyberArk, Teleport).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Practical architecture experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical features in terms of business value.
