This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will take charge of the technical and solution-focused components of our sales process.
• You will collaborate with Account Executives to thoroughly comprehend customer requirements, showcase Titan’s AI platform capabilities, and guide potential clients through the phases of discovery, evaluation, and technical validation.
• Manage the complete pre-sales process, which includes:
• Conducting in-depth discovery sessions to ascertain customer technical, product, and operational needs.
• Preparing and presenting customized product demonstrations and technical presentations that align with customer expectations.
• Serving as the trusted product and solution authority throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Clearly and convincingly articulating the business and technical advantages of Titan’s platform to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working closely with Account Executives to formulate successful strategies and advance opportunities through technical stages to achieve the Technical Win.
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales execution.
• Collecting and communicating product feedback from prospects to guide the roadmap and positioning.
• Contributing to technical win rates and driving revenue growth through effective solution alignment.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise SaaS or AI sales.
• Familiarity with and experience in the banking, financial services, AI, SaaS, lending, or credit sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery and customize demonstrations to address complex enterprise needs.
• Excellent communication skills — capable of clearly and confidently conveying technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Solid understanding of how to identify and translate customer pain points into effective solution alignment.
• Highly organized, with a disciplined and proactive approach to managing multiple complex opportunities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%.
