• Operate at the crossroads of product, sales, and engineering, assisting customers in maximizing their use of Yoodli.
• Excel in technical pre-sales discussions, guiding architecture assessments and creating customized solutions that highlight our platform’s advantages.
• Assist customers with onboarding and integration processes.
• Manage RFPs, security evaluations, and support inquiries to ensure smooth operations.
• Become a reliable advocate for our users by translating their practical needs into valuable product insights and developing scalable processes that enhance the overall customer experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation within a SaaS context.
• At least 1 year of experience selling to Enterprise-level accounts.
• Strong technical skills—proficient with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (e.g., Python, JS), and debugging tools.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating directly with enterprise clients and product/engineering teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy building from the ground up.
• A proactive mindset, humility, and a passion for fostering growth through effective communication.
