Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Participate in sales calls as the subject matter expert and conduct technical demonstrations for the Voices Recording Studio to foster client trust and enhance conversion rates.

• Identify and validate technical requirements—including formatting, metadata, and JSON structures—during the RFP and project initiation stages.

• Organize and maintain our resale data library, serving as the 'Source of Truth' to deliver accurate samples and data-driven proposals for the sales team.

• Examine internal contracts to ensure technical viability and collaborate closely with Legal and Finance departments to mitigate operational risks.

• Differentiate between flexible 'alternative' recommendations and 'strict' technical requirements to guarantee project deliverables are in perfect alignment with client infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Audio Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).

• A solid foundational understanding of the AI sector, particularly how audio and speech datasets influence machine learning results.

• In-depth knowledge of signal chains, recording logistics, and audio specifications.

• Expertise in studio workflows, including script formatting, metadata architecture, and various file output types (JSON, WAV, etc.).

• The capability to simplify complex technical terminology for non-technical stakeholders and assess contractual language for technical correctness.

• Strong skills in customer focus, negotiation, resilience, and effective communication.
