This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Take charge of the technical strategy across crucial solution domains, fostering systemic victories, enhancing enablement, and transforming field intelligence into product and practice advancements.
• Spearhead technical discovery efforts among both technical and business stakeholders, revealing objectives, constraints, and success criteria to facilitate strategic account planning, pinpointing must-win accounts and adjusting the strategy as circumstances evolve.
• Create and present customized demos and sandbox environments that link product capabilities to the challenges faced by prospects, establishing clear success criteria, exit gates, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across intricate federal scenarios.
• Propose reference architectures for general IT, classified, and IL4 to IL6 environments, addressing issues related to security, compliance, performance, and scalability while overcoming technical objections and collaborating with Services on SOW inputs.
• Offer technical foresight to pinpoint and mitigate potential obstacles in the POC.
• Contribute to the internal technical standards that promote scalability across the organization.
• Clearly communicate Vasion's unique advantages compared to alternatives and equip AEs, partners, and the wider SE team with reusable resources, competitive positioning, and technical selling expertise.
• Guide and develop team members in competitive positioning, discovery, and demo crafting, raising the technical standards across the team.
• Extract field insights that enhance Product, Engineering, Marketing, Services, and CS, and provide Sales and partners with reusable resources, expansion opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Over 7 years of experience in presales Solutions Engineering for SaaS or enterprise software, with considerable experience in DoD or federal accounts.
• A demonstrated history of successfully managing POCs and technical evaluations in complex, strategic accounts within classified or restricted federal environments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English; additional language capabilities are advantageous for engagements with allied nations and coalitions.
• Active TS/SCI eligibility or current SCI access.
• Proven experience in navigating intricate federal integrations and partnerships led by Systems Integrators (Leidos, SAIC, Booz Allen, Peraton).
• Familiarity with CMMC, JSIG, or IC-specific compliance frameworks.
