Customer Solution Architect – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify and comprehend both business and technical requirements.

• Design and develop technical solutions utilizing the Supabase platform.

• Collaborate with clients to spearhead proof-of-value implementations.

• Maintain regular engagement with customers to address complex inquiries, facilitate adoption, and enhance scaled performance.

• Work closely with clients to define the technical parameters of a proof-of-value.

• Establish timelines, business outcomes, and criteria for success for proof-of-value projects.

• Proactively assist new customers during their onboarding process.

• Recognize immediate custom objectives along with long-term opportunities for customers.

• Provide both synchronous and asynchronous support to Supabase customers.

• Act as an internal advocate for your customers and the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in relational database management systems, including PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Experience in web application development, with knowledge of Python, C#, and popular JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte) as well as Node.js.

• Excellent communication skills, especially in conveying technical concepts.

• Highly organized and effective storyteller with strong interpersonal skills.

• Background in project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools.
