This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement production-ready, scalable agent-based systems that connect with Azure cloud services and Microsoft platforms.

• Develop multi-agent workflows incorporating tool usage, memory, and decision-making logic.

• Construct backend services and APIs that support AI-driven applications.

• Integrate AI systems with enterprise data, platforms, and business processes.

• Deploy, scale, and oversee applications utilizing Azure-native services.

• Address real-world challenges with comprehensive ownership.

• Collaborate with consulting leads to convert ambiguous use cases into functional systems.

• Contribute to internal frameworks, reusable components, and engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in backend engineering.

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure (compute, storage, networking, security).

• Proficient in Python, C#, or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures — APIs, messaging, asynchronous workflows, identity.

• Solid grasp of distributed systems and principles of reliability.

• Experience in contemporary DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines.

• Capable of navigating ambiguity and independently driving solutions forward.
