Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage in pre-sales and demonstrations by thoroughly understanding Trovata’s technical architecture, leading discovery discussions, creating and delivering customized product demonstrations, and presenting to diverse audiences.

• Conduct workshops and technical engagements by designing and facilitating pre-sales workshops, leading proof-of-concept initiatives, and collaborating with implementation and customer success teams.

• Manage RFPs and competitive positioning by taking ownership of RFP and RFI responses, acting as the primary voice on infrastructure matters, maintaining and enhancing a repository of RFP content, and developing a strong understanding of competitive dynamics.

• Create cross-functional impact by providing structured product feedback to the product team, contributing to go-to-market materials, and mentoring and supporting Account Executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a solid understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and AI/ML systems, specifically AWS-native architectures and top-tier foundational models.

• Demonstrate the capability to convey Trovata’s security, scalability, and AI-driven automation strategies, including our AWS cloud architecture and leading utilization of premier AI models.

• Have over 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or treasury/fintech consulting, with direct involvement in treasury management systems or cash management platforms.

• Exhibit hands-on familiarity with TMS platforms such as Kyriba, FIS Integrity, ION, GTreasury, or comparable systems.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, bank connectivity (SWIFT, BAI2, MT940), payments, and financial reporting.

• Show a proven ability to conduct enterprise discovery, create tailored demonstrations, and present intricate solutions to senior financial stakeholders.

• Exhibit strong RFP writing and project management capabilities, and be comfortable managing multi-workstream submissions under strict deadlines.

• Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, with an aptitude for simplifying technical details without sacrificing accuracy.
