Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales prior to the Statement of Work (SOW) to evaluate product-client compatibility, establish the appropriate model scope, and provide insights on SOW language.

• Facilitate complete data onboarding for all Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects, acting as the primary technical resource for client data inquiries.

• Work alongside Client Delivery to prepare for the initial model readout, assisting the team in understanding model results.

• Conduct methodology presentations for client data science teams.

• Act as the main point of contact among Client Reporting, Econometrics, Sales, and Client Delivery.

• Spot and execute opportunities to leverage AI tools, agents, and automation to enhance workflow efficiency and scalability.

• Analyze engagement patterns and client feedback to guide feature development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in data analysis, statistics, or a related technical discipline.

• Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous engagements — creating timelines, sequencing dependencies, and ensuring accountability among cross-functional partners without direct authority.

• Comfortable navigating the complexities of data and user needs, with a talent for distilling intricate data sets into clear, actionable insights.

• Skilled at articulating the rationale behind the 'what' for both internal stakeholders and external clients, including C-suite executives and client data science teams.

• Capable of proposing solutions and advancing projects with minimal supervision.

• Experience in collaborating with model builders on technical hand-offs and quality assurance.

• Background in a customer-facing or new business-oriented role is advantageous.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools and automation to enhance process efficiency, with a willingness to continue advancing this capability.
