Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Showcase Snowflake technology and its vision to both executives and technical stakeholders at customer and prospective organizations.

• Engage directly with customers to illustrate and convey the benefits of Snowflake technology; identify relevant use cases, and assist the customer in transitioning from demonstration to implementation, culminating in a successful go-live.

• Introduce customers to the latest innovations in Snowflake and the added value these advancements bring to their business.

• Stay immersed in the dynamic industry landscape, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of competing and complementary technologies and vendors, and effectively positioning Snowflake in relation to them.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to continually enhance Snowflake’s product offerings and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional presentation skills capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences, whether in spontaneous settings on a whiteboard or through formal presentations and demonstrations.

• Extensive experience in large-scale Database and/or Data Warehouse technologies, ETL, analytics, and cloud services.

• Practical proficiency in SQL and SQL analytics.

• Ability to comprehend a customer’s unique business challenges and convert these into applicable Snowflake use cases.

• A university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
