Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

đź“‹ Description

• Take ownership of the technical onboarding and integrations: Strategically plan and manage customer and partner onboarding, integration timelines, and ensure readiness for go-live in API-based setups.

• Assist Sales & Partnerships (pre-sales): Conduct technical discovery, design solutions, provide demonstrations, respond to RFPs/questionnaires, and create proof-of-concepts for enterprise opportunities and partnerships.

• Act as the integration “problem solver” during onboarding (post-sales): Address integration challenges, replicate issues, propose alternative solutions, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to swiftly resolve any obstacles.

• Empower and educate developers & operators: Organize workshops and training sessions to assist customers in confidently utilizing our APIs with best practices, examples, and clear instructions.

• Develop reusable assets: Work alongside our technical writer to create and maintain reference architectures, integration playbooks, checklists, and internal training materials to enhance consistency and efficiency across implementations.

• Integrate customer feedback into the product development cycle: Gather structured feedback, pinpoint recurring challenges, and help convert field insights into enhancements for our product and documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in solutions engineering/architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting.

• Proficient technical background in APIs and integrations (REST, JSON, webhooks, authentication concepts like OAuth/API keys, Postman/cURL).

• Familiar with at least one programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Java) to create lightweight prototypes, validate integrations, and test workarounds using REST APIs.

• Excellent communication skills for demos, solution design, and technical enablement, engaging effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders.

• A strong ownership and service-oriented mindset, comfortable managing end-to-end solutions, removing obstacles for others, and systematizing learnings into scalable assets.

• Proven experience in developing repeatable processes (intake, triage, enablement assets) to scale our services across various stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex customer/partner integrations from start to finish, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and driving timelines to successful completion.

• Proficient in English.
