Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to assist in technical pre-sales activities, including tailored product demonstrations, solution design, and proof-of-concepts aligned with customer needs.

• Overcome technical objections and effectively communicate the value of our solution to foster customer confidence.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor, guiding prospects and customers through the assessment and adoption of our platform.

• Develop, maintain, and document demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to facilitate a seamless pilot and implementation process, engaging cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.

• Technical expertise in data engineering, ETL, data applications, and data science.

• Development experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Scala, Java, or R.

• Familiarity with GenAI concepts and agentic frameworks.

• Strong technical proficiency, with experience in working with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical features into tangible business value for clients.

• Experience in a startup environment—adept at thriving in a lean, fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated success in supporting technical buyers and collaborating to close deals.
