This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and assess the challenges, use cases, roles, and business goals of prospective clients.
• Advocate for the technical positioning and value proposition of NetBox Labs’ offerings during client interactions.
• Inform customers and potential clients about the solutions provided by NetBox Labs.
• Execute technical product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Pre-qualify potential clients through inbound inquiries and targeted outbound efforts, including email, phone, and social media.
• Develop a revenue pipeline by arranging initial meetings with qualified users and senior decision-makers.
• Ensure accurate tracking of prospect information and proof of concept statuses within Hubspot, our CRM system.
• Thrive in a dynamic work environment, taking initiative to ensure your team’s success and exceed objectives.
• More than 3 years of direct experience as an enterprise Sales Engineer or over 5 years of overall experience.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in selling enterprise SaaS or Open Source SaaS solutions to Network Engineering teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.ai, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of NetBox, Network Engineering and/or Network Automation use cases (Python, Ansible, etc.) and their associated challenges.
• Familiarity with Claude and ChatGPT.
• Excellent time and project management abilities, along with the capacity to work independently.
• Enthusiasm for technology and the capability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Exceptional listening, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
• Provides equity opportunities.
