Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic, operational, and in-depth technical expertise to fulfill Moneythor’s Customer Success vision.

• Assist our digital banking clients by addressing their ongoing technical and functional inquiries.

• Serve as the technical expert for our customer success team.

• Utilize your comprehensive skills in HTML, JavaScript, web development, SQL, and Java to tailor our clients' implementations.

• Act as an advocate for our clients regarding existing and/or new features of the solution.

• Enhance platform adoption and engagement while driving new business growth through increased advocacy and reference-ability.

• Comprehend and analyze client business needs, assisting in the implementation, testing, packaging, and ensuring prompt and accurate solution delivery.

• Collaborate with business development, product, and engineering teams during pre-sales, onboarding, and client retention initiatives.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of our platform and provide well-considered, impactful customer feedback to the product team.

• Utilize a case tracking system to manage information, inquiries, and responses for every client-driven request.

• Identify potential opportunities to strengthen our client relationships and ensure these are communicated to the relevant team members.

• Keep expert knowledge of the market and advancements in the digital banking sector.

• Respond to service disruptions and incidents as part of our internal incident management procedures.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all projects and requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a CSM/Solution Engineer role, or as a client-facing technical and business analyst involved in project implementation, pre-sales, and support activities.

• Practical technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, web, and database technologies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple client accounts independently with minimal management oversight.
