Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee client projects from initial discovery to final delivery, taking charge of technical implementation, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful outcomes.

• Create and develop solutions within the partner ecosystem, encompassing configurations, integrations, and AI-driven workflows.

• Convert client requirements into detailed technical specifications.

• Construct and implement AI-driven workflows.

• Maintain thorough documentation of your work, including implementation guides, integration specifications, and workflow diagrams.

• Address issues and escalations with a comprehensive systems approach.

• Assist in pre-sales discussions where your technical insights can add significant value.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in implementing and managing SaaS platforms in client-facing capacities.

• Practical experience with customer experience platforms (such as Zendesk, Zoom Contact Center, or similar) and workflow automation tools (like Workato, Zapier, Make, or similar).

• Proficient understanding of APIs, JSON, and systems integration.

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI-driven workflows.

• Excellent communication skills with clients.

• Strong documentation practices that facilitate the work of others.

• A systems-oriented thinker who addresses root causes rather than just surface-level symptoms.
