Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform architectural assessments, design, and analysis for client enterprise-wide systems.

• Create, refine, and sustain established service design procedures and processes to ensure effective and resilient solutions.

• Establish and uphold coding standards, ensure adherence within the team, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

• Take charge of ongoing recommendations and best practices for implementations, custom solutions, product support, and particularly the UiPath Enterprise Platform.

• Work in collaboration with the IT development team to ensure that architectural solutions can be effectively translated into efficient and robust implementations.

• Identify client requirements, analyze alternatives, and provide solution recommendations regarding software, platform, and network configurations.

• Engage in process discovery and design meetings; prepare and present the solution design document and test plan; assist Business Analysts and RPA developers in creating necessary documentation and facilitate signoff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the IT industry.

• More than 2 years of experience with the .NET Suite (C# or VB.net), with the capability to develop workflows and custom activities using C#.

• At least 3 years of experience in UiPath as an Architect.

• Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.

• Comprehensive understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is essential.

• Capability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
