This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• In the role of Senior Client Solutions Manager at Brand Networks, a part of Augeo, you will be instrumental in driving our clients' success by offering customized solutions that elevate their social media strategies.
• Assist a prominent social influencer and employee advocacy initiative for one of Canada's major retail clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients, steering them towards achieving their marketing goals using our platform, while helping them navigate the constantly changing social media environment.
• Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, gaining insights into their specific objectives and challenges.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and effective communication and support.
• Conduct weekly client check-ins to assess campaign performance and modify strategies in real time.
• Lead post-campaign reviews with clients, including comprehensive key-learnings presentations for larger campaigns and concise recaps for smaller initiatives.
• Understand your users: Who are they? What unique business challenges do they face? What drives them? What is their corporate culture? How do they prefer to communicate?
• Develop communications that promote program awareness, adoption, and engagement.
• Track and analyze client campaigns and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and suggest modifications.
• Compile and present performance reports to clients, highlighting results and insights.
• Over 7 years of experience in social marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or public relations within an agency or in-house context.
• Bilingual (Québécois French and English), with strong written and verbal fluency in Québécois French to support our Canadian client program.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong time management skills - capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring follow-through.
• Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong collaborative relationships with external stakeholders.
• Previous experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.
