This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Account Executives in the US and EMEA on intricate enterprise opportunities
• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders in sustainability, asset management, finance, and IT
• Convert global sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure, local building performance standards) into platform-based solutions
• Provide customized, value-driven product demonstrations
• Develop solution architectures and implementation roadmaps
• Lead and assist in producing high-quality RFP and security questionnaire replies
• Address inquiries regarding data integration, API, and technical architecture
• Proactively eliminate technical objections to expedite sales cycles
• Measure operational savings, risk reduction, and compliance efficiencies
• Aid in ROI modeling and executive-level business cases
• Communicate how Measurabl enhances NOI, lowers OPEX, and improves sustainability reporting and capital market positioning
• Support expansion and cross-selling initiatives within existing portfolios
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering teams
• Identify recurring integration or workflow challenges
• Assist in prioritizing the roadmap with market-supported insights
• Remain updated on sustainability regulations and decarbonization trends affecting commercial real estate
• 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sustainability Consulting, or commercial real estate technology
• Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows
• Strong comprehension of sustainability reporting, decarbonization strategies, or building performance regulations in the US and Europe
• Experience in supporting or leading complex RFP responses
• Technical proficiency with APIs, data integration, technical infrastructure, AI, business intelligence tools, and SaaS platforms
• Ability to communicate fluently with sustainability leaders, CFOs, asset managers, and IT stakeholders
• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence
