This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Accelerate the sales process. You will spearhead the technical efforts to secure new business, which involves conducting discovery sessions with CTOs, mapping intricate application ecosystems and hosting requirements to our platform, and providing high-fidelity solution designs and estimates.
• Act as a technical expert. Through demonstrations and in-depth architectural discussions, you will illustrate how Laravel Cloud manages performance and security at scale, earning the respect of engineering teams by addressing their most challenging needs.
• Oversee evaluations and production pilots. You will be responsible for the hands-on technical journey, from setting up trial environments and benchmarking data to guiding customer teams for a smooth production launch.
• Steer the purchasing journey. You will convert technical achievements into business ROI for leadership, managing security assessments and procurement challenges, while collaborating with your AE to ensure alignment between commercial and technical aspects.
• Influence the platform. You will transform field insights into actionable product feedback, representing Laravel in the community by speaking at events, creating technical content, and participating in livestreams beyond just closing deals.
• Innovate and develop. You will design the tools and processes necessary to scale our sales operations, finding satisfaction in transforming the unknown into a repeatable, high-performing function.
• Practical engineering experience. You have experience in building and deploying production applications, navigating AWS, and comprehending the intricacies of deployment and API design.
• Architectural proficiency. You have a strong understanding of cloud concepts, including networking, high availability, and database optimization.
• Composure and credibility. You can effectively whiteboard a complex system or evaluate a prospect's code live without any stress.
• Strong communication skills. You prioritize listening, handle objections smoothly, and can articulate technical concepts to any stakeholder, from developers to finance personnel.
• A collaborative mindset. You prioritize the customer's long-term value over simply obtaining a signature on a contract.
• Team-oriented spirit. You support your sales colleagues and advocate for the customer with product and engineering teams by providing constructive feedback.
