Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison for potential customers assessing our product. Comprehend their requirements and devise solutions that integrate with their infrastructure using our platform.

• Collaborate with Customer Success to guarantee a swift onboarding process for customers, enabling them to derive value from the platform.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and guides to enhance pre-sales activities and assist with post-sales operations.

• Provide support for product configuration and implement minor technical modifications necessary for both prospect and customer integrations.

• Relay prospect feedback directly to Product and Engineering teams, contributing to the development of the roadmap and ensuring the platform adapts to real-world needs.

• Establish a foundation for a scalable Solutions Engineering function by developing playbooks and standardized best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a comparable position.

• Proven experience managing relationships with large, complex organizations, ideally involving a highly technical enterprise product.

• Proficiency in coding within the Python and JavaScript ecosystems.

• Demonstrated success in facilitating large-scale implementations with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Preferred familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

• A solid understanding of and experience with security, compliance, and IT processes and requirements when deploying B2B products in large enterprise settings.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present comfortably to customers in one-on-one settings, small groups, and large conference environments.

• Experience working directly with customers of various sizes, including large enterprises.

• An organized, self-motivated approach, with a talent for discovering innovative methods to complete projects successfully.
