Solutions Consultant – Estimate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the discovery and onboarding process for the Estimate Module.

• Provide direct training to customers, including presentations to their leadership teams.

• Manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.

• Address and resolve issues in real-time.

• Submit clear and well-documented feature requests and bug reports.

• Conduct UAT testing on new Estimate functionalities.

• Provide regular updates on account status.

• Offer structured, strategic feedback to the Product team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating or purchasing, preferably in the home building sector.

• Proficient in Excel at an expert level.

• Background in leading training, implementation, or onboarding for technical or specialized audiences.

• Strong instincts in project management.

• Comfortable presenting information to customer leadership.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Possess a friendly and patient communication style.
