This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to devise deal strategies, including discovery, technical narratives, and paths to selection.
• Create and present customized demonstrations based on the prospect's specific data and workflows.
• Conduct technical workshops and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that confirm suitability and cultivate internal advocates.
• Build credibility with senior leaders in scientific and IT sectors (Process Development, MSAT, IT).
• Relay prospect requirements to the Product team; develop reusable demos and reference architectures for the Customer Experience team to utilize.
• Contribute to the evolution of Solutions Engineering at Invert as the company expands.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in pre-sales within a B2B SaaS environment (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Background in scientific or regulated industry SaaS, such as bioprocessing, LIMS, lab informatics, manufacturing data, or related fields. Familiarity with bioprocessing is advantageous, and a readiness to quickly deepen knowledge is essential.
• Proficient in storytelling for sales, adaptable during customer interactions, and skilled at interpreting subtleties.
• Comfortable with a broad technology stack: APIs, data schemas, historians, bioreactor data systems, and cloud data infrastructure. While coding is not required, the ability to read code and outline data flows is necessary.
• Proven history of securing deals against internal development and established competitors.
• Exceptional demonstration and workshop skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline.
