This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Triage, diagnose, and resolve intricate customer issues that involve various systems or integrations, while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead and coordinate cross-departmental incident response efforts and assist in conducting root cause analyses and postmortem evaluations.
• Create and uphold high-quality internal documentation, runbooks, and content for the customer-facing knowledge base.
• Analyze recurring problems and trends to identify and advocate for enhancements in products or processes.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback is represented in roadmap and feature planning.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on automation, observability, and knowledge sharing that enhance the efficiency and reliability of support delivery.
• Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotations (approximately once every six weeks).
• Over 5 years of experience in technical support, systems engineering, or DevOps within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proficient knowledge of Linux systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs and service-oriented applications.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or equivalent experience).
• Experience with at least one data cloud platform, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, Redshift, or Starburst/Trino.
• Experience in managing complex incident response and root cause analysis initiatives that involve multiple organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for balancing reactive resolutions and proactive improvements.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of translating technical findings for a diverse audience.
