Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the modernization of the data ecosystem, facilitating the transition from DHIC to CDA architecture.

• Create integrated data assets that merge Guidewire with legacy P&C mainframe systems.

• Anticipate trends in the IT industry regarding the evolution of enterprise data architecture.

• Utilize expertise in the development, specification, and communication of relevant technology architecture.

• Provide leadership when required for project management tasks.

• Engage in multiple projects that necessitate extensive knowledge across various technical domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4-6 years of experience in IT across multiple areas.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management.

• Required experience with Guidewire CDA and DHIC.

• Preferred experience with the Snowflake data platform and cloud data warehousing.

• Preferred experience with dbt (data build tool).

• Strong experience with Guidewire platforms and a solid understanding of the data model.

• Comprehensive knowledge of database design and querying, including advanced SQL development for extensive insurance datasets.
