This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main technical advisor for LSPs during customer deployments.
• Offer remote implementation support and technical guidance.
• Assist LSPs with intricate implementations and technical escalations, verifying routing, VLANs, wireless controller setups, authentication, firewall, and connectivity requirements.
• Act as the technical lead for multiple concurrent projects with both existing and potential enterprise customers.
• Build credibility with the customer’s IT/network team on assigned accounts, becoming their go-to technical partner for all deployment-related matters.
• Create and document reusable implementation playbooks, standards, and validation processes.
• Standardize deployment methodologies across LSPs.
• Identify recurring challenges and pursue automation opportunities.
• Contribute to deployment forecasting and capacity planning efforts.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Foster trusting relationships with LSP engineering teams.
• Conduct technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and certification programs.
• Mentor partner engineers on Stella deployment techniques.
• Assess partner capabilities and suggest ongoing improvements.
• Provide structured implementation feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Support Implementation and Customer Success teams with technical planning and customer escalations.
• Evaluate new deployment tools and technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise networking, implementation, or technical consulting.
• Background in supporting managed service providers, customer service providers, or systems integrators.
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, Wi-Fi, RADIUS, 802.1X, and firewall technologies.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Juniper, Fortinet, Meraki, or equivalent.
• Exceptional troubleshooting, documentation, presentation, and customer communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous implementation activities and partner interactions.
• Candidate must reside in the United States and be comfortable working remotely.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate meetings with customers in EMEA and various time zones across the US and globally.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Must have a current active passport or the ability to obtain one within the first two months of employment.
• Ability to travel to client sites as necessary.
• Experience in hospitality, managed services, or telecommunications is preferred.
• Background in developing technical standards, playbooks, and partner certification programs is preferred.
• Experience with SD-WAN, cloud-managed networking, and network automation is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted deployment, operational tools, and process automation is preferred.
• Experience enabling technical partners at scale is preferred.
• Candidates located in the Eastern time zone are preferred.
