This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Provide both business and technical support to our customers while collaborating with Brinks teams, including Sales, Customer Care, and Cross-Functional teams.
• Take the lead in managing projects and implementing software and hardware solutions during both Pre and Post Sales activities.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Develop documentation, ROI and Observation analysis, SOW, and other details pertinent to the customer.
• Conduct on-site presentations, product demonstrations, and showcase product offerings and solutions.
• Create and supply training and support documentation for both internal teams and customers at their sites.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and report resolution status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Cross-Functional teams on testing, installation, enhancements, and ensuring operational readiness for these solutions.
• Ability to consult and collaborate with customers to observe their cash office operations at both store and corporate levels.
• Familiarity with BI products (Desktop and Platform) along with their integrations and data flows.
• Proficient in Project Management techniques, delivering solutions on schedule and with superior quality.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, coupled with a strong desire to satisfy the customer.
• Capable of being both technically adept and business-minded.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit strong organizational and decision-making skills.
