This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to assess opportunities, comprehend customer challenges, and develop solution strategies that align with business objectives.
• Facilitate discovery sessions centered around workflows, operational models, and tools utilized by IT, engineering, and business teams.
• Create and present customized demonstrations and solution narratives utilizing Atlassian platforms (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.).
• Convert customer requirements into scalable solution architectures that encompass Agile delivery, ITSM, and enterprise work management.
• Communicate the advantages of modern working methodologies: integrating portfolio management, DevOps, and service management into a unified narrative.
• Offer technical validation and advice throughout the sales process, ensuring that solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Work closely with delivery teams to guarantee a seamless transition from presales to implementation.
• Assist in RFP/RFI submissions by providing clear, structured solution methodologies and relevant technical details.
• Keep abreast of Atlassian capabilities, the marketplace ecosystem, and the latest trends in work management and service delivery.
• Proven experience in presales, solutions engineering, or consulting within the SaaS or enterprise software sectors.
• In-depth familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) and their use across IT, software, and business teams.
• Practical understanding of Agile, ITSM, and/or DevOps practices and their application in tools and workflows.
• Experience in designing and articulating solutions that link technical capabilities to tangible business results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to engage both technical stakeholders and executive audiences effectively.
• Ability to break down ambiguous challenges into clear solution strategies.
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing role, with exposure to delivering solutions across various customers or industries (Nice to Have).
• Practical experience in configuring or administering Atlassian Cloud or Data Center environments (Nice to Have).
