This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a designated territory, vertical, or specific account list while meeting sales targets through consultative selling of FinOps solutions.
• Create customized solutions that assist customers in achieving their goals related to cloud, AI, SaaS value realization, financial responsibility, and innovation.
• Work together with internal teams to inform and empower SHI’s broader sales community and delivery teams about FinOps principles and methodologies.
• Participate in marketing events, webinars, and industry conferences to highlight SHI’s thought leadership in the FinOps space.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to uncover pain points, transformation objectives, and solution requirements concerning cloud, AI, and SaaS financial management.
• Finalize agreements that enhance customer success and establish SHI as a strategic partner in FinOps.
• A completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 5-6 years of experience in FinOps, cloud, AI, SaaS financial management, or a related area.
• Proven history of meeting quotas in a sales or sales engineering/architect role.
• Familiarity with FinOps tools (such as Flexera CCO, Spot, CloudHealth, Apptio, Cloudability, etc.) and methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in FinOps or associated technologies are highly sought after (such as FinOps Certified Practitioner, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications, etc.).
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
