Senior Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Support the growth and development of Security Services associated with ERP implementations for Rimini Street clients.

• Strategize, execute, and maintain security solutions related to the products offered by Rimini Street.

• Assess the existing IT infrastructure of clients to determine the deployment architecture and project plan for security and compliance.

• Collaborate with Global Support delivery teams to provide post-implementation support for security products.

• Partner with the Security Products research and development team to conduct efficacy testing, as well as strategize and plan product implementation.

• Record software installations, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and optimizations.

• Oversee security product-related support cases in accordance with SLAs for various clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant experience in IT procedures and security policies.

• More than 10 years of experience with DataCenter Operations, both in-house and outsourced.

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting security products.

• Proficient understanding of various databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.) and applications.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• In-depth knowledge of supporting business processes.

• Familiarity with securing different layers of technology stacks, such as network, application servers, and database servers.

• Experience in installing and configuring leading security software (e.g., McAfee, TrendMicro, Imperva, F5 ASM, Palo Alto, or other Web Application/Next-Gen firewall products).

• A strong commitment to customer support and the ability to foster long-term, successful relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated experience as a key contributor to various IT projects, ensuring the overall success of professional and managed services.
