Solutions Engineer, Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design and implement technical solutions that align with client goals while complying with both local and global regulations. Employ a consultative method to ascertain business requirements and align them with Notabene's offerings.

• Deliver post-sales Level 2 technical support and act as a primary contact for client inquiries and API integration issues. Resolve problems using log management tools like Datadog.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure our platform enables customers to meet regulatory obligations effectively at scale.

• Maintain exemplary technical documentation and create examples that facilitate customer integrations and proof of concepts, highlighting the capabilities of the solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within Enterprise B2B SaaS.

• In-depth knowledge of REST APIs and web technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities (you have a natural aptitude for troubleshooting).

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, low-ego environment.

• A customer-centric mindset.

• Proficient in reading code and querying data.

• Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and establish clear accountability for success.

• Previous experience in the regtech/fintech or virtual asset sectors (Nice to Have).

• Prior experience working with financial institutions and AML controls (Nice to Have).

• Prior experience in payments (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with established privacy and security standards and frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR (Nice to Have).
