Solutions Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as the Lead Cloud Engineer for the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Cloud Concierge Team (CCT).

• Offer technical guidance in support of USMC cloud customer interactions.

• Lead the creation and development of engineering documentation to support USMC processes.

• Function as the Contractor Team Lead for USMC’s Amazon Web Services Information Impact Level-6 (IL-6) project, overseeing requirements, development, and establishment of this new environment.

• Contribute insights on strategy, architecture, innovation, and potential new opportunities for USMC and Navy projects.

• Direct a complex, multidisciplinary design-to-build program within a dynamic and distributed work setting.

• Clearly articulate and communicate intricate information to all levels of program personnel, including senior sponsor executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology field with at least eighteen (18) years of experience; alternatively, four (4) additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Department of Defense (DOD) contracting and delivery.

• Proven experience in managing technical scope and agile delivery of commercial products.

• Background in handling complex technical programs that include design, production, fielding, and training.

• Experience in managing and balancing skill mix while ensuring coverage and meeting or exceeding corporate financial objectives.

• An active secret security clearance is required on the first day of employment.
