This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive strategic growth and operational excellence of the distributor network within designated regions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor teams of Commercial Distribution and Market Development Managers.
• Create detailed business plans, incorporating quarterly forecasts for systems and procedures to meet organizational objectives.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews to ensure strategic alignment and achievement of annual goals.
• Oversee operational budgets and P&L, adhering to strict ethical standards.
• Participate in field rides with distributor representatives to offer coaching, gain insights into market dynamics, and promote technology adoption.
• Establish a network of Key Opinion Leaders in Interventional Pulmonology, Advanced Bronchoscopy, and Thoracic Surgery.
• Formulate regional market access strategies to expedite the adoption of endoluminal robotic applications.
• Enhance company reputation and increase market acceptance by collaborating with customers, government bodies, community organizations, and team members.
• Manage revenue and expenses directly linked to the business operations.
• Maintain regular communication with regional and global commercial leadership.
• Travel up to 70%.
• 8+ years of experience in senior-level healthcare sales and marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in managing distribution networks.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including international trips as necessary.
• Demonstrated success in hiring, leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team in a rapidly growing organization.
• Ability to comprehend market trends, technology, and opportunities, translating that understanding into successful business initiatives.
• Capacity to build professional relationships with physician leadership, hospital management, and governmental healthcare administration.
• Experience in capital equipment sales is highly preferred, particularly for transactions exceeding 1M USD.
• Clinical knowledge in lung health specialties is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.
