This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of Merge applications to deliver expert consultancy and high-quality user training that enhances product usage.

• Facilitate the effective deployment, user acceptance testing, workflow design, clinical change management, super user/system administrator preparation, system configuration, as well as training planning and delivery for the Merge Imaging solution.

• Evaluate existing workflows and client objectives to formulate workflow recommendations and designs, configuration specifications, testing criteria, training strategies, and change management approaches.

• Identify and engage with physician/clinical champion stakeholders.

• Contribute to project planning, encompassing testing strategies, training frameworks, and go-live preparations.

• Ensure that customer super users and/or system administrators possess the necessary knowledge and skills to configure, train, and support the Merge Imaging solution during and post go-live.

• Provide training to super users and/or system administrators and assist them in effectively supporting and training end users.

• Oversee and assist the customer throughout user acceptance testing to confirm that configuration and client expectations are aligned prior to go-live, ensuring a seamless transition.

• Coordinate the allocation of additional Solution Consultant resources for end user and/or go-live assistance as needed.

• Track customer training completions and ensure precise reporting and monitoring.

• Configure the Merge Imaging solution according to customer specifications and agreed workflows.

• Support the customer during and after go-live with any workflow or application inquiries and troubleshooting.


⛳️ Requirements

• An associate’s degree is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare field or information systems is preferred.

• Experience in computer and information data systems is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in relevant clinical environments.

• At least 3 years of IT work experience, with CIIP (ABII/ SIIM), PARCA CPAS or CPSA (HIIT), or other relevant Healthcare IT certifications preferred; experience as a System Analyst or Administrator is a strong advantage.
