This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to showcase new Ramp products and features to current clients, establishing the business rationale for growth through tailored demonstrations and workflow representations.
• Assess customer needs for expansion possibilities, evaluating compatibility through use-case examinations, ROI analyses, and technical assessments.
• Design and propose the optimal Ramp architecture, including the appropriate use of APIs, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors, tailored to each client's existing systems and workflows.
• Serve as a technical consultant for clients and internal teams, providing guidance on integration, configuration, and system design choices without engaging in direct coding.
• Resolve ERP and integration obstacles, assisting clients in navigating complex configuration challenges across NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion, and others.
• Assist Account Managers on technical initiatives, ensuring expedited time-to-value during product implementations and expansions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on accounting systems and integration partners; advocate for integration development aligned with customer requirements in collaboration with Product and Partners.
• Shape Ramp's product roadmap by relaying customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Enhance internal documentation, tools, and knowledge bases that bolster Ramp's capacity to support integration use cases amid a growing customer base.
• Over 4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a comparable customer-facing technical position within SaaS or fintech.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting processes.
• Proficient with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture, with the capability to articulate these concepts effectively to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Proven experience in conducting product demonstrations and translating intricate technical functionalities into clear business benefits.
• Excellent communication skills: able to guide clients toward scalable solutions and diplomatically navigate discussions when requests deviate from product capabilities or best practices.
• A collaborative mindset; effective in cross-functional partnerships with Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams.
