This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Technical Discovery: engage in in-depth sessions with prospective clients to identify their pain points, current technology stack, integration needs, and security/compliance requirements.
• Solution Design: create customized configurations, integration strategies, and implementation pathways utilizing the product's features.
• Product Demonstrations: present tailored, narrative-driven demonstrations that align with the prospect's industry, workflows, and target audience.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): establish success criteria, manage project scope, supervise technical execution, and confirm the product's suitability within the customer's environment.
• Value Articulation & Business Case support: develop ROI models, TCO analyses, and business cases to support purchasing decisions.
• RFP/RFI Responses: produce technical sections for proposals that accurately describe product capabilities.
• Customer Advocacy: relay critical requirements, competitive insights, and market feedback to Product Management and product teams.
• Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Project Management: experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Management: proven experience in establishing credible relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: comprehension of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and challenges facing the industry.
• Technical Expertise: familiarity or experience with relevant technologies, platforms, and software utilized in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Solution Design: capability to assist in the design and development of customized solutions that fulfill client requirements.
• Data Analysis: strong analytical abilities to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Client Engagement: exceptional skills in interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and fostering strong relationships.
• Strategic Thinking: capacity to think strategically and align solutions with clients' long-term objectives.
• Problem-Solving: robust problem-solving abilities to tackle client challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Project Management: expertise in managing projects, encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Presentation Skills: proficiency in delivering engaging presentations and facilitating training sessions for clients.
