This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Technical Exploration: engage in in-depth discussions with potential clients to identify challenges, existing technology frameworks, integration needs, and security/compliance requirements.
• Customized Solutions: design customer-specific configurations, integration strategies, and implementation pathways utilizing the product's features.
• Tailored Presentations: present personalized, story-driven demonstrations that align with the prospect's industry, workflows, and decision-makers.
• Proof of Concept (PoC): establish success metrics, manage project scope, oversee technical execution, and confirm the product’s suitability within the client's environment.
• Value Communication & Business Case Assistance: develop ROI models, TCO assessments, and business cases to support purchasing decisions.
• RFP/RFI Contributions: write technical segments of proposals with precise descriptions of product capabilities.
• Customer Insights: relay deal-breaking requirements, competitive disadvantages, and market trends back to product management and development teams.
• Industry Background: 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Project Leadership: experience in leading projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: ability to build credible relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Pharmaceutical Knowledge: familiarity with pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry challenges.
• Technical Knowledge: expertise or experience with relevant technologies, platforms, and software used in the pharmaceutical domain.
• Solution Development: capability to assist in designing and developing customized solutions that cater to client requirements.
• Data Interpretation: strong analytical abilities to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
• Client Relations: exceptional skills in engaging clients, grasping their needs, and fostering strong relationships.
