This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +7 more states.
• Communicate and demonstrate the value of Samsara Services to both potential and existing enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Engineers to define and integrate service solutions into the overall Samsara proposal.
• Take ownership of Services pursuits (ARR attach quota).
• Manage service forecasting and closely monitor the ARR pipeline to gauge capacity requirements.
• Plan and oversee Services scoping activities with prospective clients, producing proposals, effort estimates, transition/KT plans, and resource allocations.
• Establish recognition as a trusted advisor to customers in product deployment and change management.
• Act as a governing partner during implementation, maintaining relationships with customer sponsors and executives, and assisting with critical issues and expectation management.
• Engage in virtual teams to help develop Samsara Services methodologies, processes, offerings, and collateral.
• Advocate for, exemplify, and integrate Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we expand globally and open new offices.
• Over 7 years of proven experience in positioning Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with sales teams, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other key partners during implementations.
• Excellent presentation skills: Ability to showcase the value, capabilities, and unique aspects of complex service solutions through various methodologies and service offerings.
• Strong innovative mindset: Capable of creating service templates, engagement processes, and presentations with a 'builder' mentality.
• Extensive knowledge of executing the Statement of Work (SOW)/Proposal processes, including scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs that align with documented customer requirements.
• Ability to articulate relevant customer success stories and metrics that highlight value to the customer.
• A Bachelor's Degree (4-year).
• Proficient in creating SFDC reports/dashboards and navigating within SFDC.
