Solutions Consultant, Commercial

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partners to promote integration development aligned with customer requirements.

• Work with Ramp Account Executives to highlight technical accounting features and benefits through personalized product demonstrations, workflow visualizations, and reinforcing Ramp’s value proposition.

• Create customized product solutions grounded in a thorough understanding of integration and configuration alternatives, ensuring effective alignment with customer demands.

• Assist Sales and Post-Sales teams in executing sophisticated technical and accounting implementations for Ramp.

• Assess customer needs for new opportunities, determining Ramp's fit through use-case analysis, ROI evaluations, and technical assessments during customer discovery.

• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Product Operations to develop and sustain technical resources and an internal knowledge repository of customer use cases and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar client-facing roles, with a focus on implementing business SaaS solutions and using APIs, ideally within the financial industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Familiarity with IdP, HRIS, and/or ERP solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of accounting systems, controllership requirements, and finance/accounting workflows.

• Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management skills.

• Strong abilities in engineering, system design, and writing technical specifications.

• A proactive attitude, adaptability, and comfort in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
