Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers, either individually or as part of the sales team.

• Supervise and provide guidance on the implementation of the customers' Upshop platform.

• Exhibit business operations and technical leadership through personally crafted solution architectures and implementation strategies.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executive leadership, offering thought leadership and solution methodologies.

• Extract and translate business requirements from customers into well-structured recommendations.

• Create and present forward-looking guidance along with future state roadmaps.

• Utilize established best practices and solutions to mitigate risks in customer implementations.

• Break down future state objectives into actionable execution plans.

• Collaborate with Upshop’s product and engineering teams to ensure customer alignment with Upshop's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in relevant solutions or sales consulting.

• Presentation & Communication: Capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and understandably. Fluent in the language of our customers, with strong communication skills that resonate from C-suite executives to practitioners. Proficient in presenting, whether in front of a screen or during in-person podium presentations. Exceptional presentation skills with experience showcasing software products to customers, emphasizing the value of a product over its features.

• Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying solutions to fulfill customer needs based on our modules.

• Collaboration: Effectively collaborates with customers and internal teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Customer Focus: Committed to understanding and addressing customer needs while ensuring their satisfaction.

• Retail System Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of various retail enterprise solutions, particularly in POS, OMS, Sales Audit, CRM/Loyalty, Merchandising, Allocation & Replenishment, and Analytics. Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Social Media is essential.
