📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner for clients, guiding them through intricate business challenges using an advisory-focused professional services approach.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects aimed at digital transformation and quantifiable organizational change.

• Provide counsel to clients and cross-functional colleagues on optimal practices for modernizing and streamlining workflows.

• Design and execute strategic solutions leveraging Smartsheet capabilities, AI-native functionalities, and automation.

• Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend business challenges and develop tailored solutions.

• Create solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints based on client feedback.

• Evaluate solution designs through internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, scope, and budget while addressing potential risks.

• Keep updated on industry trends and Smartsheet functionalities, sharing new delivery methodologies.

• Collaborate with consulting team members and engage in the mentorship program as both a mentee and mentor.

• Identify opportunities for product and service expansion in coordination with Sales.

• Meet performance indicators such as billable utilization, project margins, customer satisfaction, and accurate data management.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of pertinent experience in management or technology consulting.

• Strong desire and proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Capability to excel in fast-paced, growth-driven settings and adapt swiftly as client needs, tools, and industry trends change.

• Practical experience in configuring and implementing advanced, web-based SaaS applications.

• A keen interest in cutting-edge technologies, including Smartsheet AI and automation features.

• Experience in applying change management and strategies for business process optimization.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clarify complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with business process optimization and Agile project management methodologies.

• Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 40%, based on client and business needs.
